Kayla Briere

Attorney

Kayla is a licensed attorney focused on public interest and humanitarian immigration matters. Her legal training emphasized immigration law and survivor-centered advocacy, with experience representing vulnerable populations and pursuing humanitarian forms of relief. She also leads the firm’s Naturalization and USCIS Adjustment of Status practices, with a particular focus on marriage-based green card cases.

Kayla graduated with honors from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she earned an academic concentration in International Law. Before law school, she worked for the United States House of Representatives as a Director of Constituent Services, handling a wide range of matters including complex immigration issues. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Social Work from Sacred Heart University.

Kayla is especially passionate about working with justice-impacted individuals and minors seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile status. She aims to approach all cases with empathy, clarity, and a strong commitment to client-centered representation.
